bg531 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Identification of prohibited or fraudulent conduct as described in Section 6.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or legal obligation requiring account closure.
• Detection of underage access.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no misconduct occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via a supported payment method registered to the account. Where misconduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

Player-Initiated Closure
